KPMA makes networking easy! On Friday & Saturday, breakfast and beverage/snack breaks will be served for all attendees in the exhibit area.
RULES GOVERNING TABLETOP EXHIBITS
Set-up/Tear Down
Set up: Thursday, April 16, 6:00-9:00pm & Friday, April 17, 5:00-7:00am. All exhibits must be ready by 7:00am.
Tear down: Saturday, April 17, after 11:00am, all materials must be removed by 3:00 pm. Items left in hall after 3:00pm will be disposed of or handled at the hotel’s discretion at exhibiting company’s expense.
Exhibit Hours (tentative) Friday, April 17, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Saturday, April 18, 7:00 am – 11:00 am
Parking is available at the prevailing rates in a car garage adjacent to the hotel. Valet parking charges are $34/day for overnight guests on a 24 hour basis, with in/out privileges and $22 flat fee for non-overnight guests. Garage rates are currently $26 for overnight guests with in/out privileges. Non-overnight guests who self-park will be charged according to the hourly rate, with a daily maximum of $18. These rates were current in Spring, 2025 and are subject to change without advance notice. Rates may also be affected by city-wide events like Thunder Over Louisville.
Shipping & Electric/Internet Info Any materials to be sent to the hotel should arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to the event. Detailed shipping instructions coming soon.
Space Assignment Exhibit space will be assigned in March based on support level, then date of payment receipt. The Platinum exhibitor will receive first choice, followed by Gold, then Silver exhibitors. Thereafter, space will be assigned by date received only. Every effort is made to not put competitors near each other if possible.
Exhibitor Representative Badges Additional exhibitor badges are $100 each.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations, accompanied by an explanation of circumstances leading to such, must be submitted in writing to the KPMA office no later than March 20. An administrative fee of $150 will apply to each exhibit table canceled. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
To pay with a check: Complete and return this sponsor contract with a check payable to the Kentucky Podiatric Medical Association or KPMA.

This level is sponsorship of the physicians’ private Thunder Over Louisville private viewing party at the YUM Center and gives you unparalleled access to doctor attendees after the exhibits close! Hotel Information
KPMA has negotiated a block of deeply discounted rooms at the Seelbach Hilton Hotel for this conference, starting at $189/night plus taxes and fees for Thursday and Friday nights. Rates increase to $259 plus taxes and fees for Saturday night as KPMA's Conference coincides with Thunder Over Louisville. This also means that all hotels in downtown Louisville will sell out that weekend. Make your reservations online here ASAP.
