Hotel Information (ROOM BLOCK EXPIRED 03/13/2025)
KPMA's room block has expired. Make your reservation by calling 1-844-241-6361 and use your group code 0425KPM. You will be able to book a room as long as we have rooms available in general inventory however, the discounted KPMA rate is not guaranteed and is based on hotel availability. The hotel will try to honor the rate, but are not always able to, especially on weekend nights.

Display Area Set-up/Tear Down (tentative - we will send an email with specific details)
- Set up - Thursday, April 10, 6:00-9:00 pm, all displays must be ready by 7:00 am Friday morning
- Tear down – Saturday, April 12, after 11:00 am, all materials must be removed by 3:00 pm. Any items left in the hall after 3:00 pm will be disposed of or handled at the hotel’s discretion at your company’s expense.

Electric/Internet/Shipping Info Electrical or wired internet requests (wireless internet is complimentary) and shipping requirements will be handled by French Lick Hotel. Click here for the exhibitor packet.
Space Assignment: Display space will be assigned in March with the Gold Sponsor(s) receiving first choice and Silver Sponsors receiving second choice based on the date of payment receipt. Thereafter, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort is made to not put competitors near each other if possible.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations, accompanied by an explanation of circumstances leading to such, must be submitted in writing to the KPMA office no later than March 10. An administrative fee of $150 per table, will apply to an approved cancellation. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
