KPMA 2023 Conference
April 21-23 2023 (Table displays: Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22)

Make your representatives reservations online here or by calling 877-539-1648 (use group code KPMA23) ASAP. KPMA's discounted rate for this meeting is $195/night plus taxes and fees. Complimentary self- parking is available for overnight guests who book their rooms in the KPMA room block. For those not staying at the hotel, self-parking is discounted to $5/day. Please note these fees are subject to change and limitation by the hotel.

Display Area Set-up/Tear Down (tentative - we will send an email with specific details)

  • Set up - Thursday, April 20, 5:00-8:00 pm, all displays must be ready by 7:00 am Friday morning
  • Tear down – Saturday, April 22, after 12:00 pm, all materials must be removed by 3:00 pm

Any items left in hall after 3:00 pm will be disposed of or handled at the hotel’s discretion your company’s expense.

Display Hours

  • Friday, April 21, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Saturday, April 22, 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Electric/Internet/Shipping Info  Electrical or wired internet requests (wireless internet is complimentary) and shipping requirements will be handled by Encore AV at the Hilton Lexington Downtown. Use this order form. The hotel will accept shipments for the event beginning on Tuesday, April 18. Items may be shipped out as late as Monday, April 24. All deliveries, pick-ups, labeling, etc. must be handled by the vendor company. Space Assignment: Display space will be assigned in March with the Gold Sponsor(s) receiving first choice and Silver Sponsors receiving second choice based on date of payment receipt. Thereafter, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort is made to not put competitors near each other if possible.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations, accompanied by an explanation of circumstances leading to such, must be submitted in writing to the KPMA office no later than March 20. An administrative fee of $100 per table, will apply to an approved cancellation. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
