Sponsorships and exhibit space are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship opportunities and exhibit space will NOT be held for a company without full payment.
All exhibits should be set-up and ready to go by 7:00 AM on Friday, April 22. Exhibits will be finished at 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 23.

The Downtown Marriott is in the heart of downtown Louisville and just a few blocks from ground zero for all the Thunder Over Louisville festivities on the river!
The host hotel will be the Louisville Marriott Downtown. The Marriott is just a few blocks from all the Thunder Over Louisville festivities on the river so it WILL sell out! Shipping Info
Materials being shipped to the hotel should arrive no earlier than April 18. The following fees will apply each way:
- $10.00 per box, handled
- $20.00 per box, handled over 50 lbs.
- $50.00 per display box, poster, large tube or oversized box, handled
- $70.00 per display case, handled
- $150.00 per shrink-wrapped pallet, handled (pallets must be self contained & properly sealed)
- $300.00 per crate, handled over 150 lbs
* Refrigerated items - $100.00 flat rate* in addition to the above charge

KPMA makes networking easy!
Each morning, a continental breakfast will be served for all attendees in the Exhibit Area. In addition, coffee/snack breaks will be held in the Exhibit Area. Extend the opportunity by becoming sponsor!
Sponsor / Exhibitor Packages
Platinum Level Package $7,500 LIMTED NUMBER AVAILABLE; Must commit by February 1, 2022.
This level is sponsorship of an apartment at the Galt House where the physicians’ Thunder Over Louisville private viewing party will take place, which gives you unparalleled access to doctor attendees after the exhibits close! (Saturday afternoon through after the fireworks.) For additional information and details, contact info@kypma.org.
This sponsorship also level includes…
- Up to 4 tickets to the private viewing party.
- The opportunity to bring branded items and literature to the party (i.e., napkins, brochures, balloons, samples, etc.) Must be approved by KPMA prior to April 1.
- 2 Exhibit tables, each with 2 chairs.
- First choice of exhibit table placement.
- Up to 10 minutes to address all attendees on Friday immediately prior to lunch or afternoon break.
- Dedicated signage recognition of sponsorship at viewing party.
- Onsite signage recognition at registration area.

Exhibit Space $1,250
- 1 – 6’ draped table with 2 chairs
Set-up/Tear Down (tentative)
Set up - Thursday, April 21, 5:00-8:00 pm, all exhibits must be ready by 7:00am Friday morning
Tear down – Saturday, April 23, after 12:00 pm, all materials must be removed by 3:00 pm
Any items left in hall after 3:00pm will be disposed of or handled at the hotel’s discretion at exhibiting company’s expense.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations, accompanied by an explanation of circumstances leading to such, must be submitted in writing to the KPMA office no later than April 1. An administrative fee of $100 will apply to each exhibit table canceled. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
