The Kentucky Podiatric Medical Association is the professional association for Doctors of Podiatric Medicine serving the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is an affiliate of the American Podiatric Medical Association. KPMA is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a sponsor of podiatric continuing medical education courses.

New Continuing Education Emergency Regulations Issued

The Kentucky Board of Podiatry has issued Emergency Regulations allowing Podiatric Physicians to participate in live, online and interactive programs that are CECH hours that are CPME approved to satisfy their licensing requirements.  These regulations are in effect for 90 days.  KPMA is offering a 2.5 hour program to satisfy KASPER requirements and PICA professional liability discount requirements.  DPMs may still attend any face-to-face CECH program until December 31, 2020 to meet their licensing requirements.  Click here for a list of possible alternative CECH virtual sessions.
