If you do not have a hotel reservation you need to take care of this ASAP. You can get on the waiting list at French Lick under our room block 1021KPM by calling 1-888-936-9360.

French Lick and West Baden are limiting their capacity to 50% during the week and 70% on the weekends. We have completely reached our room block which means if you do not currently have a hotel reservation you will most likely need to select one of the three other hotels that are within a few miles of French Lick.

RULES GOVERNING EXHIBITS

Set-up/Tear Down

  • Set up: Thursday, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, 5:00 am -7:00 am. All exhibits must be ready by 7:00 am.
  • Tear down: Saturday, after 12:00pm, all materials must be removed by 4:00pm Items left in hall after 4:00pm will be disposed of or handled at the hotel’s discretion at exhibiting company’s expense.

Electric/Internet/Shipping Info Order forms for electrical, wired internet, and audio-visual additions can be found in the French Lick Resort Exhibitor Guidelines pdf (wireless internet is complimentary).  

Space Assignment Exhibit space will be assigned in July with Premier Exhibitors receiving first choice if committed by July 1. Thereafter, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort is made to not put competitors near each other.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations, accompanied by an explanation of circumstances leading to such, must be submitted in writing to the KPMA office no later than July 31. An administrative fee of $100 will apply to each exhibit table canceled. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
